    I really don’t understand the negative reviews. They all sound kind of crazy and elaborate unlikely situations 🤷🏻 I’ve had nothing but a pleasant and helpful experience and for the first three years I wasn’t even banking with them! lol I banked with their sister bank Amegy Bank of Texas and they’ve still always been super helpful! I eventually got an account with them and they remember me and have accommodated me and all my extra needs since the beginning. Other locations are chill too. Never had an issue.

    I need to preface this by stating that I very seldom consider leaving a review unless I encounter a remarkable or a truly disheartening experience that I need to share. My experience with this Vectra Bank location has certainly been less than enjoyable. I used the ATM at this location in June to withdrawal $1000 from my checking account. Unfortunately the ATM had a mechanical failure in dispensing the funds. I would have assumed that the bank would have taken note of this the following day and deposited the funds back into my account. Of course that did not happen. I called the Branch Manager ( Joe Quintana ) 24 hours after this event occurred, at which point I was instructed to file a claim with my card company to dispute the failed ATM withdrawal. The resolution/ investigation period for this process is supposed to be 30 to 45 days. Yesterday ( 08/04/25 ) was the 45th day, and it turns out that nobody at this bank location has bothered to respond to the communication requested from my card company to resolve this issue. After I learned about this fun little detail, I called this Vectra Bank location again to ask if there was a company that provides a repair service for their ATM and was told over the phone that they repair the ATM in house. SO, not only are they responsible for the repairs to their own equipment, but also the problems that arise from their machine not operating correctly. I'm still out my $1000 with no hope for resolution. I have complaints drafted to the following Regulatory Organizations specifically about this bank location. CFPB FDIC FTC Perhaps this review will get the attention of someone that will take accountability for the failure of this branches poor practices, and ultimately render me whole. If you're a car mechanic, and you fail to tighten the bolts on a wheel after changing a tire, and the driver of that car crashes, you're responsible. If you're doctor, and you're preforming an operation and clip an artery, and your patient bleeds out...surprise...you're responsible.

    Let’s face it banks are what they are. Vectra as a whole seems to be right there in the middle of the pack, having said that problem with this particular branch is the lack of integrity and experience needed to take care of the community the way that they should be capable of. It is my opinion that Joe the branch manager and Lisa his representative repeatedly fail in their inept attempts to accurately service their Englewood customers. You could blindly do better at any other branch or firm.

    Been a loyal and good customer for almost 3 years. Financed my vehicle through them, and never missed a payment. They are closing my accounts due to the industry I work in, which is fine.. even though I told them where I worked when I opened my account 3 years ago. However I have been trying to pay my car loan off for them for about 6 days now and it is damn near impossible. It wont let me do it on the computer. Same issue on the phone app. They close at 5 and you cant pay it at the ATM. Granted I will say it wasnt difficult with my checking from them before they closed it. I have trouble getting there by 5 from work. Finally got there today after battling traffic for 45 minutes with my payout in cash since i couldnt figure out the online. I got there at 5 and they lock the doors of course. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back across town failing once again to pay this, just to try this again tomorrow. This has been the biggest headache. Least they could do is have the drive through open till 6.

    Will not change $4 in coins to bills since I don't have an account with them. Poor customer service!
