- BHBrad Hines2 days ago1.0Left multiple voicemails at this branch, and did not receive the courtesy of a call back. Impossible to do business with. Poor support and garbage accounts. Look elsewhere. Try the Community Banks of Colorado or Vectra instead.
- LSLogan SlagleJun 18, 20251.0This bank sucks, I’ve had my business account with independent financial for over a year now and suddenly after the transition (buy out) I’m getting charged $198 for overdraft fees? Independent financial wouldn’t even let me overdraft my card on apps like Uber, Cash app, Venmo, and being a small business owner when I have to transfer money or utilize rideshare apps I need to know when to switch over to my personal account. But this bank does not care and they’re obviously just like Wells Fargo, KeyBank, and all the other big banks out there, they do not care about your money and they’re going to penalize you for accidentally charging your card. This bank is a joke, stay as far away from it as you can.
