- JWJeff WheelerDec 9, 20241.0Please beware of this financial institution. I spoke with Gina, the branch manager, who was not very helpful in guiding me to a business banker. I had to pull teeth to get information in trying to become a client. I also had to ask if she would have the business banker call and if it was a common practice that a business banker would not be in office or able to assist us in the future. I was told that we would only get assistance after becoming a client as once a relationship is established, they will provide contact information and that they are not often in office. The business banker Dede called and told me that even though our medical practice has been in business for two years and has all the tax filings that she would not submit any documents or try to have a relationship until we did a filing for a third year in 2024, this was not a requirement by the way. She also informed me that unless we took all of our business and personal banking with them 100% they would not do business with us and in the event that they found out we were not with them 100% that they would tack on an extra 3% to any loan/line of credit with them. These are not only horrible business practices but seem very illegal as people and corporations are able to do business with anyone they choose. Please protect yourself from their shady business dealings.

Narvi was so helpful, and so patient with me! Once she helped me figure out the issue and the wire was processed, she even called me back later just to confirm it was done. How incredibly sweet. We originally opened our account in another state, and I LOVE our banker. When we moved, I wasn't too sure about how FCB would be in other states. This was my first experience and it was a great one. Keep it up and thank you for being so understanding!!!
