Ive been a customer for years, but just something seems to lock me out all the time. ive spent months this year without the ability to even access my own account through their website or apps (as my phone was suddenly not able to get their updates anymore because it wasnt new) and their reps arent able to help anyone without 15 pieces of information or they will claim its a security risk despite hundreds of years of history where people never had to do take such measures where business managed to get along just fine. i dont have anything huge against them, but i do have a hundred little things that bother me that i think may lead me to look elsewhere. dont see much advantage with bok.

We have had both a business and personal accounts for our kids through this bank for years (back when they were a smaller, more personal bank). We run a LOT of money through this bank and when we have needed loans for equipment or to get debit card accounts for our kids (under the age of 16) there is NO flexibility at all!!!! This is a bank of convenience for the BANk, not for the CONSUMER!! Happy to be moving multiple accounts elsewhere!
