They make it really annoying to transfer money and get back into your account. I was told I could get loans and then when the time came they told me they wouldn't do them anymore. I haven't had a great experience with them.

Yes citywide is not a massive bank with 24-7 service so things aren't instant, but they treat you as a person not just a account number. They try their hardest to help with any issues or concerns. As a local I am happy with my account here and will certainly recommend them to anyone!
