- JFJulie FayerJan 29, 20241.0Terrible hours. Opened an account online bc I couldn’t get in there. They took my money but didn’t send me an ATM card. They won’t mail a check but said they would mail another ATM card . Since I don’t wanna have to wait another month to find out, it never came I’m going to have to take time off from work to go to their location, which I tried calling and nobody answered. Worst most inconvenient bank ever!! Save yourself the aggravation and bank elsewhere. They hold your money hostage
- AKAspen KronAug 5, 20215.0We’ve been banking here for 6 years now. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we get at this branch. Everyone is super friendly and knows us by name. We now have 3 teens who have started first savings, then checking accounts. Every time, our experience has been special for them. Lucinda “Baby” Bell is a great banker, with a warm heart. In the days of online banking (which is nice), it’s still lovely to have a local branch that has friendly smiles, great service and knows small town faces.
