I went to close an account, spent 45 minutes doing so, and 30 days later Vectra Bank re-opened my account without my permission, and even billed me a statement fee. When I tried to call the branch, I was linked instead to a regional call center. 45 minutes later the call center advised me to call my local branch. Terrible banking services.

There tellers don’t know what they are talking about, today I deposited a check that was also a check with vectra the teller informed it it would be available the same day, I called customer service hours later because my bills didn’t go thru and the teller had misinformed me it’s still a Hold even tho it’s the same damn bank. They never help you when you need it. Would recommend not using them.
