This happens all day, every day at every fake WF branch. The only thing worse than a WF branch office is the WF 800#. Every call starts in the Philippines and after several blind transfers it ends up there too. I’ve travelled back and forth across the Pacific Ocean more than Dory from Finding Nemo just from calling WF. This bank is a total joke, except it isn’t really funny.
