- ABAbdul El Barkouki5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this branch. Online support told me I had to visit a branch, so I booked an appointment here. I showed up on time, waited 15mins past my appointment, and was then sent to a teller, which is was completely fine with. But she could only complete half of what I needed. I ended up having to call online support from the lobby to finish the rest, since the banker was still unavailable. A week later, my account still shows no proof of the in-person transaction. I went back to the branch and was told the only person who could help was “out on lunch” but would call me within an hour. I never got a call back. I called the branch three times, no answer, no voicemail, no way to leave a message. And the online services couldn't help me. I travel often for work and only had a few days to resolve this. The lack of follow-through and communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

This is the second time I've asked the teller manager, Flor, and the teller said she's late again it was close to 9am. I have an issue with the previous check from my investment and I won't be banking here anymore.
