- ICIya CDec 10, 20251.0Terrible bank. The person Deposited my money into someone else’s account ! A very large check! We had our account number written on the check and it still was put into an incorrect account. That should NEVER happen!!

Jackeline assisted me in a timely fashion and was super insightful and knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch here! I didn’t get the teller ladies name, but she was wonderful as well as I watched her check multiple times to see if I had been helped yet as I needed to wait for an open banker to facilitate my requests. Thank you for your attention to detail and wonderful customer service!
