- JSJay StoneDec 28, 20211.0Wasted 2 hours of my day between two branches just trying to speak with a banker and open a business account. Apparently their customers aren’t important enough for them to be on time with the appointments they make. First branch/banker wasn’t even there, no call, no email to notify me he was canceling my appointment… Second branch/banker (this particular branch) were in a meeting 20+ minutes after the scheduled appointment time before I just got up and walked out. Don’t waste your time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
