- BLBa LNov 26, 20252.0Good experience with the staffs. Reason for 2 stars is mentioned in earlier post, what a nightmare for drive through experience. I have to do at least 3 adjustments to avoid my car hitting one of the metal yellow posts. Great experience if you want to pass your CDL driving license for sure. Please reconstruct the failed drive thru.

I try my best to avoid this branch though because the tellers seem so bothered. At other branches i am greeted when i walk in and am able to strike up a conversation with anyone but not here. No one smiles or says hello. I have literally changed the way i have taught basic customer service at my work because this place has made such an impact on me. Several people here have glanced up at me and looked right back at their computer. Im unsure if i should walk up to them or if they are busy...they all seem really bothered that im there. I will say usually when i am working with Rohit , i have an okay experience. He seems shy but not rude and tries to help. He is polite which i appreciate at this location.
