The bank is okay and I’ve had positive experiences with the people that work here. But until they redesign their drive thru…this branch gets two stars from me. What architect thought a 90 degree turn was a good idea??? It’s a miserable task stopping here to do my banking and usually requires a 3 point turn and a few adjustments before I can reach the window. Please, please, please do something about your ridiculous drive thru!!

Dont listen to all these other fools... This branch is great. The people are awesome, and they have money here, oh and the lollipops are exquisite. Oh wait... who even reads a review of a bank branch before they stop in? Wait, who even writes a review of a bank branch that no one will read?

This bank conned me into switching through my employer for a sign on bonus of $200. At first it was 5 direct deposits, then it was have a bill on auto pay, then do direct deposit, then get credit card... you get the point. None of this was on form from work. I kept it too. If I would’ve known the tasks required from the start I would of just got a part time job. However since I canceled my other bank account I was already committed. I did not receive my 200 bucks for over 6 months and I called a lot. It felt like they thought I’d forget or give up on it. Because this was such a time consuming change not to mention shady and a horrible way to do business.... let’s just say I wasn’t gonna let them get away with not paying that money. I was told the owner had to cut the check and he’s only in rarely. Literally no one that worked for this branch or the other 2 could open the drawer and give me my measles 200 bucks. At a bank haha. I will make sure that I have my friends leave reviews and my family everyday if I have too. I know thrr were y use this trick all the time cus everyone always knew what to say but could never seem to help me. Funny thing is these banks will be closed soon. They are barely staffed and mostly closed even drive through. No atms. Only 2 shorty locations that may not be open. Even if the 200 bucks was paid up front like I was told originally before I cancelled with first bank. Once that was done they pulled out the fine print. Seems like it’s family owned and the whole family was in on it. I never leave reviews but they took it too far. They couldn’t let me leave with the 200 so they hit me with 400 bucks in overdraft fees in 3 days even though the charges were fraudulent and my account has had thousands in the whole time I’ve been with them. They told me that they have a policy where they’ll cover your first one but none after that. The reason I overdrafted the first time was there error not mine. The guy alex was very rude and kept telling me if it really wasn’t you then you need to css as lol police and it prob won’t make a difference. That they can’t take my word for it. Like I’m some criminal who would lie to get money that was mine back from a bank who has nothing but horrible reviews. He was not empathetic and obviously didn’t care. Horrible qualities but the fact that he kept acting like I was lieing made me sick. You think your better then me cus you re a teller at your mom and dads bank. If you can call it that. I tried to see if a manager was there that I knew was a good person. Apparently Scott realized he was working for crooks and got out of there. Lucky me I get to speak with krystal with a K.... I think that’s her real name but who knows. She was ruder then alex and obviously was under qualified to manage a Mcdonald much less a “bank”. Don’t switch to this bank especially when’s there a chance the owners is closing shop. You need to refund those overdraft fees. It’s illegal and I’ll hire a lawyer just to prove a point. The reviews won’t stop I’m sure you’ll have a new one everyday from my family members ands friends. You put me in a tough spot and couldn’t even refund one charge. Now I want them all refunded. Just give me my money back!

I always dread stopping at this Vectra bank on Spear Blvd. The best Vectra is in Wheat Ridge! It's worth the drive.
