- IGIvan GroznyyJan 15, 20201.0Run away from this branch!!!! Very incompetent bankers. I have dealt twice with Laura P. there and both times she failed to do what I requested. The last time, I came in to fill out a form to change my auto-payment from one account to another. She kept making errors on the form that I was pointing out to her (like 5-7 times), that's where I got suspicious about her being able to submit a form properly. Two month later now, the form (2 forms for 2 accounts) has never been submitted and there is no record on Vectra that I made that request. I did took a picture of both forms for my record, and I am glad that I did. My point is that I would think twice if I would allow this kind of person to deal with any of my financial stuff. I wasn't financially affected because of her gross NEGLIGENCE, but YOU might be. I would never go to this branch again and work with that lady. UPDATE: A manager reached out to me and took care of my original request. If you decide to go to this branch, watch out for the rep I mentioned earlier.

The manager went out of her way to be very helpful, but hopefully they can get the process a little more streamlined in the future.
