  I’m an independent contractor with over ten guys working for me. I receive checks for thousands of dollars and been to this bank multiple times to cash my checks never had a problem. They would call the owner of the check who has an account there and verify that it’s okay to cash the check. I walk in on a Saturday morning and I have a check that’s actually a lower amount than what I typically cash, I go to the same teller I always go to and she alway’s acts like it’s her first time cashing my check. Asking me if I cashed my check there before, I reply yes just last week and every week before that. I give her my information to cash my check, finger print and everything. She types on her computer something and it seems like 10mins goes by and tells me she can’t cash it because of the amount. I tell her why? I cashed larger checks here multiple times without a problem. She tells me we can’t cash checks over 2,500 because of fraud. Sorry. Excuse me! Me being a black male I took that very offensive. I was hurt and all these different emotions came over me. I told myself did she really just say that to me. I asked to speak to a manager. I waited for about 5 mins and this guy name Josh comes out, I met with him in his office, he tells me it’s a new policy that was implemented Friday. I said really all of a sudden.. The day before I cash my check. For all your banks I said? He said yes sorry nothing we can do! I drove a hour away do another Vectra bank and they cashed it with no problem! Me being a black man they insulted me in front of customers. They discriminated against me not once but twice, another Vectra bank did the same thing and told me next time I want to cash a check I will need I.d of course and bill with my address on it. A bill with my address? Really. This bank is racist!!! And I’m hurt emotionally and mentally because of my experiences with them.

  Worst Banking experience ever Overdraft because they lost a deposit still ongoing issue . I talked with the manager and she said she was going to call me back and still have not heard back from her while fee's continue to pile up. Horrible customer service!!!

  Worst bank ever I went to cash my payroll check there as my company banks with them. The guy was to lazy to help me and told me to cash it somewhere else. Wow. No sense of customer service. I would never bank here. Waste of time and your money.

  I do not recommend this bank. We have several accounts with them and are closing them all because of lack of service. It takes them half an hour to do a business deposit while you are waiting in the drive thru. Customer service doesn't care whether you stay or you leave. I don't recommend wasting your time or your money. Please take your business elsewhere.
