- DEDamian EnriquezOct 18, 20251.0I went in this week to open an account approximately 45 minutes before they close because my boss highly recommended this credit union to me as my current bank is failing to accommodate my banking needs. Long story short, it was a waste of my time. The teller said that they could not assist me due to the fact that they had to start closing the branch down. If your not going to conduct business during operation hours, then please close your door or put signs up that specify what transaction types you conduct at certain hours. I left work early to get my new accounts opened and switch everything to the new accounts. Thankfully Vectra Bank across the street did want my business.

The previous manager helped me in the time he worked there and now I am at square one without any help and I am owed at least $2,000.00
