  I haven’t ever had to wait for a teller to question where I got my check from. I went to cash my check and Mr. Gil took it upon himself to look me up and down and ask who gave me the check. Then, I had to wait while he called the owner of the company who wrote the check to verify it was correct. That just doesn’t sit right with me. Do better.

  0 Stars. Do not work with this bank. You can verify your identity over the phone any way you want but they still will not give you your account number over the phone. You have to visit one of thier 5 banks in the U.S. to get it. At that point all they need to see is your drivers licence even though you can give them all that info over the phone. Also their loan department does not review their email for payoffs and will lie to you and say they never got it but email records show it was sent to them without any kickbacks. This bank still operates in the stone age. It will take you weeks to get something done that should only take a day. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity and avoid the stresses associated with this horrible bank. Those 5 Star reviews are most likely paid for or actual employees. Don't believe me read the other 1 star reviews, or you can find out for yourself.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! This is literally the WORST bank ever! I loved them when they were Steele Street. Midfist has gotten more wrong than right! I've been trying to transfer my HSA account because they have no clue what to do with an HSA account. It's taken a month. Finally I told them I would just write a check for the full amount into my newly opened account. I go to write the check and my balance is now $0 and (as always) no one has a clue. I have a business account there too, which I will be transferring, because they can seem to get that right either...math is hard! Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere. Under your mattress would be safer!
