I went to cash my check and Mr. Gil took it upon himself to look me up and down and ask who gave me the check. Then, I had to wait while he called the owner of the company who wrote the check to verify it was correct. That just doesn’t sit right with me. Do better.
- JGJulie GutmanFeb 20, 20201.0If I could give 0 stars I would! This is literally the WORST bank ever! I loved them when they were Steele Street. Midfist has gotten more wrong than right! I've been trying to transfer my HSA account because they have no clue what to do with an HSA account. It's taken a month. Finally I told them I would just write a check for the full amount into my newly opened account. I go to write the check and my balance is now $0 and (as always) no one has a clue. I have a business account there too, which I will be transferring, because they can seem to get that right either...math is hard! Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere. Under your mattress would be safer!
