Noman, the branch manager, was finishing up with someone and then wound up helping me since everyone was already helping someone. Spent time chatting, like actual human beings, for probably 10-15 minutes. Genuinely interested in talking and interacting. He had a million other things to do and could have had me wait, but chose to help a customer and small talk about my home buying journey (not financed through them). I remember when he signed me up initially, in 2019. Great bank, great service and most important, great people working there.

We were lied to when opening our accounts, they threw roadblocks in front of everything we wanted to do with out money, now they are refusing to verify funds on their own cashiers check and we can't buy our new house because of them. Better to stuff your cash under your mattress than trust this hell of a bank!
