    Absolutely terrible place. Christmas Eve and I needed to change some money for gifts I wanted to put into Christmas cards. Went in needing to change $200 of 100 dollar bills into 4 $50 bills. Plain and simple. Nothing astronomical, just $200. I got refused service because I wasn’t a client with them. They didn’t even ask me what amount I had, or anything, just a plain refusal to help in any way. I then went to Chase and even though I’m also not a client with them, they were happy to help. Do yourselves a favor, and take your money elsewhere, there are many places better than this bank. Merry Christmas

    As far as KeyBank banks go, this one is my favorite. No matter who is working, they are very helpful. The tellers that work here really do care and the manager has no issues helping whenever a situation happens.

    To Lizzy and her manager, I was just so thoroughly impressed. After having dealt with pure incompetence at the Key Bank branch at Peoria and 6th Ave, I was almost set on taking my business elsewhere, and you two restored my faith. the two of you were running four customer stations, working in complete synergy, swiftly, and carrying the upmost professionalism. Thank you, Lizzy especially was not only a delight to do business with, she was operating at top speed, fluidly, with an exceptional attitude and commitment to doing right by each and every customer. If only every branch operated as I saw you two, you would be the largest financial banking institution in the nation. The pleasure was truly mine.
