    Had an appointment at 10 to set up a business account, was told I have to wait because he was busy. No point in making an appointment. So went to another location where they weren't "busy"

    Terrible!!! I went in to order foreign currency. Mexican pesos I've done this at other locations numerous times. Unfortunately the gentleman I dealt with obviously did not know how to do this. I remained patient. He called over his manager who came across as he didn't want to be bothered. He didn't seem to want to help the situation and he didn't help the situation. Instead of trying to figure it out the 1st gentleman tells me "could I please step aside so he can help other customers and he'll get back with me". I politely said no thank you my time is valuable and left. He tried to persuade me to stay and wait around. I told him no thanks I will go elsewhere. This experience was nothing but terrible service and a waste of time.
