Unfortunately the gentleman I dealt with obviously did not know how to do this. I remained patient. He called over his manager who came across as he didn't want to be bothered. He didn't seem to want to help the situation and he didn't help the situation. Instead of trying to figure it out the 1st gentleman tells me "could I please step aside so he can help other customers and he'll get back with me". I politely said no thank you my time is valuable and left. He tried to persuade me to stay and wait around. I told him no thanks I will go elsewhere. This experience was nothing but terrible service and a waste of time.

Let me start of by saying Gloria and Julio (main tellers) are fantastic. Both are extremely helpful and respectful. The exact opposite can be said about the Branch Manager Kelsey Currence. After looking to Kelsey for help regarding misinformation I was given by numerous of HER employees, involving a new account bonus, she basically told me everything was my fault for not reading the fine print. She spoke to me like I was a complete idiot, rolling her eyes at me multiple times during our brief and extremely unproductive conversation. If you choose to bank here, do everything possible to avoid contact with Kelsey. She is completely unprofessional and has novice customer service skills at best. If it was not for the rest of the Key Bank staff being amazing and Katherine H. on the customer service line I would probably not be a Key Bank customer any longer. Hopefully the higher ups don't let this one rotten apple ruin what otherwise is a fantastic branch. Thanks Gloria, Julio, and Katherine H.
