- KMKelly MontoyaJul 31, 20251.0Beware. Do not bank here. They will treat you like a criminal. They will screw you over put holds on your paychecks for no reason and refuse to release it. They don’t care if you need to pay your rent tomorrow or if you get kicked out as long as they get their interest collected. The worst bank I have ever been with. Once my paycheck is released I will be canceling this account and never using them again. The bottom of the bottom like Green dot and netspend and chime are 1000x better than here.

To make things worse, the banker acted as though it was my fault! Immediately withdrew all funds and cancelled my accounts, tore up debit card....GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!!
