Beware. Do not bank here. They will treat you like a criminal. They will screw you over put holds on your paychecks for no reason and refuse to release it. They don’t care if you need to pay your rent tomorrow or if you get kicked out as long as they get their interest collected. The worst bank I have ever been with. Once my paycheck is released I will be canceling this account and never using them again. The bottom of the bottom like Green dot and netspend and chime are 1000x better than here.

I love how the bank looks like a bank from the early 90s but to top it off was the wonderful Ms. Neicy! She was magnificent! She is truly a blessing in disguise. Outstanding customer service!

I opened a checking account here, letting key bank know that I was not happy with my current bank and their communications to me. I opened a checking account online and only after I went into a branch did I find out that my address needed to be validated. At the same time, I went into a branch about a week after and found out that it had been closed! So 1. Not only did no one tell me that I needed to have my account validated but 2. I had to put $50 into the account to open it. Where did that go? Who knows.... because my address hasn’t been validated ?? So they mailed me a check a month prior that I hadn’t seen and closed the account with no communication whatsoever. In return, I reluctantly decided to give them a 2nd chance, and opened another account, thinking they could use the lost $50 to maintain the new acct i opened. Nope. They wanted me to give them $50 while I’m waiting on the $50 they owe me. No thank you. This bank does not listen, their customer service 800-number reps are rude and they wouldn’t know professionalism, if it hit them in the face. 🤷🏽‍♀️
