Katharine V. helped us set up a joint account as we are in the process of getting a mortgage through Ent and are required to become members. We walked in, we're immediately greeted, had to wait a couple of minutes and had our account set up in under a half an hour which included downloading the app and ensuring we had online access. I also recommend their mortgage products 👌 lowest PMI, rate, and underwriting fee I've found around town anywhere. Smooth process so far as we've just completed our inspection and our loan officer is already talking about moving closing up.

Half the time the ENT credit card site says “safari can’t open the page because the server dropped the connection.” I hope this gets better when they merge with Wings, the other credit union. 🤞🤞🤞 And, sometimes you can login, but then it says “it looks like there is an issue on our end. Please try again in a little while.”
