- YYYvonne5 days ago2.0Not really happy with ENT. LODO location is in a great building and the ENT banking team are always very helpful and friendly however, ENT as a lending partner is not the best. Very difficult to get approved for a loan product even with good credit and very high annual income. And, they require a hard credit inquiry for all loan products and at the end, you don't get approved for the loan. Credit score is impacted by the hard credit pull so, think twice before applying for a loan with ENT. REPLY: I've contacted the Loan Department many times and was given the same response. I also asked to escalate to someone at Director level since I did not want to speak with another loan specialist. Someone named Gera (sp?) finally phoned me today and left a message. I returned the call and left a message and haven't heard back. Anyone seeking a loan with ENT/Wings should speak with a loan specialist before applying since they never conduct soft inquiries for pre-approval. My credit score was impacted by the hard inquiry. I also provided a lengthly review on the online customer feedback survey.

Had a complicated situation with an insurance check and Sam took her time, was very patient, and very willing to help me out. Wells Fargo could never compete with you guys. - NZNaseem ZamaniDec 19, 20255.0I had a great experience in the branch this week. My goal was to open a checking and savings with the ability to get a debit card same day. It had been a long day because I was facing issues with my other accounts at Bank of America, which I have been a customer for over 25 years. So I was already frustrated and reluctant based on reviews. But I was surprisingly very happy with not only the customer service but the ease in which I was able to accomplish what I needed to. Annabelle helped me and she was so warm and professional and also informative. She was efficient but also able to build rapport which made me trust her. When you’re dealing with financial decisions, the experience is enhanced when you can tell the person actually cares but is also knowledgeable. Sam was also helping that day and they both helped turn my day around and accomplish my banking goals.
