Iliff Ave well within my 20-minute appointment window, only to be turned away, despite the branch being nearly empty and four employees, all loan specialists, standing around chatting. I was told by Dan that he couldn’t accept my appointment because “the computer wouldn’t allow it.” So now we talk to computers instead of people? Even after explaining that I’m about to deploy with the Army, they still refused to help. No effort, no flexibility, no respect. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a branch so unwilling to support its veterans—especially when they have the time and the staff to do so. This experience felt like peak laziness and a total disregard for customer service. I expected better from a credit union that claims to support the community. If you're military or just value being treated like a human being, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
- JJJennifer JarmonJun 6, 20253.0The ATM has needed to be fixed/updated for years now. You can hardly see the screen & it takes a long time to load. If you go to a different branch ATM they will charge you. Loose loose situation. Hopefully they replace the ATM soon.
