- CHCasey HaffnerFeb 24, 20261.0What a Emotional roller-coaster with this bank. I've been looking for a close bank to use and its such a nice place. Opening the account was easy and I wont open a account unless I have a over draft protection account. Was told over the phone it would be no problem. Submitted all paper work and was declined. False promises, going to close the account and hasn't even been open more then 24 hours. Im done with credit unions, im just going to cash my checks at those cash checking buliding

- SSSeulStizzJan 23, 20265.0This is a wonderful bank with great employees and a pretty dang good onlite system considering how fair all the rates and rare fees are. Really. First bank has a yearly fee for an overdraft account, aanndd a fee for each time you use the overdraft. CUofCO? Oh they have neither. Their customer service is people from CO during business hours. I honestly couldn't ask for much more. Only been to this branch a few times but treated very well here by the nice ladies and gentlemen happily employed here.
