After my account manager changed without notice, the new one forced me to lock additional funds when I needed to modify my business. She even called me a "liar" during a conversation, which was unacceptable. I asked for a new manager, but her supervisor never apologized and only added more unnecessary requirements. Even after meeting all their requests, they’ve held my funds for 2 months with no clear response. I’ve raised concerns 4 times, but no one follows up or leaves any notes. The customer service has been awful. I’ll be done with them once my loan ends, but just a heads-up — BOK might not be the right place if you want fair treatment. Even loyal clients get burdened with quarterly demands and threats of default.
