- JPJ PeriOct 8, 20251.0Nothing but problems since opening - which was a headache even opening. Now my complaint is: 1) I have online statements checked and yet I continue to receive statements in the mail. It's been 3 years of this. 2) I have updated my mailing address MULTIPLE times online, MULTIPLE times over the phone, and now in person as well, yet statements are STILL being mailed to the OLD address. It's been over a year on this one.

- HOHannah OdameSep 6, 20251.0There is this Ethiopian lady ,I don’t know if she’s a receptionist or whatever ,she is the most dumbest unprofessional person I have ever encountered , I had issues with both my checkings and credit card ,she won’t even listen to understand what the problem was , I tried 3x to explain what the issue was to get help she won’t just listen ! She kept saying call credit center ,omg just because she hears “credit” while credit center said they said the problem was from my bank ! Finally got Paul to stepped in to help , 2 solid hours on my only off day , this lady kept arguing without listening ,I plan to leave Bellco anyways .
