- DSDondre SmallwoodJul 22, 20251.0Horrible communication and customer service. I had a scheduled appointment to set up a bank account for a minor and they gave away my appointment time to a walk in. The manager told me to come back later or wait until help came back from lunch.

- RSRobert SandovalJul 8, 20221.0The branch manager at the Green Vally Ranch location is not helpful at all. My first experience I was going to open an account and I had a check that was made to my spouse and myself. My spouse had endorsed it and I endorsed it last. I have worked in banking/finance and I know that whoever signs last can negotiate the check. The branch manager said he could not accept it as it was signed by my spouse and they were not present. Needless to say, I took my business to Chase and they accepted the check no problem. The next time I went in I needed a notary and he had us sit at his desk and reviewed his computer then told us he only had one person that could do a notary but that she was busy. He had pointed to her and she was alone in a office. Not sure why the branch manager couldn’t do the notary or why the other employee could not take 5 minutes to help. The customer service at this location is not good go somewhere else.
