- RBRev. BuddhaBearSep 21, 20241.0Thier ATM doesn't except deposits.... they don't tell this when you open a account, they have a night drop box that offers no proof of deposit. This is the 21st century deposits at a atm is a very very basic function that this bank fails to offer which i guess I should of asked but one would assume a restaurant serves water. So unless your ok with making a deposit and having zero proof of deposit I don't recommend this bank.

She was knowledgeable, polite, professional and took the time to explain what steps needed to be taken to rectify my situation. She then emailed the forms to me that also explained what needed to be done. I'm impressed that she took the time to also explain over the phone and not just send off an email. That was going above and beyond what she needed to do. It is always nice to speak to someone who makes you feel at ease, especially when they are dealing with your money. Great job to Natallie!!!!
