She barely took a look at it and said that it couldn't be notarized because it was in Spanish, but she said it with a very rude tone, like she didn't want to help us. I've been helped with documents in Spanish before. Some of the people here feel like they don't even want to be there, and it makes me seriously consider retrieving my money from Wells Fargo.
