- DSD SNov 21, 20231.0Went in to do two cash deposits, one for my husband and one for myself. Had my husband's ATM card and knew his account number, have done deposits for many years for him at Wells Fargo. This time teller says I can't even though I can literally walk over to the ATM machine in their lobby and deposit his money. How does that make sense? Then to top it off I do my cash deposit with the teller with my ATM card and no additional verification is needed. So the tellers just get to decide based on your gender?? This is inane and just making business harder for customers. There is no proof I was who I said I was so how is it any different for my husband's deposit???
