I was at DMV and loan satisfaction letter that Wells Fargo Auto Loans had sent did not have a signature line as required by CO DMV. I explained this to the branch manager Shauni and she wrote a new letter on Wells Fargo letterhead that satisfied the DMV requirements. This was really above and beyond considering I don't actively have an account at Wells Fargo. Thank you Shauni, you made my day!

It would be one thing if they just got really busy all of a sudden, but they were going really slow, repeating their questions, and generally being chatty with me and their coworkers. Idiots I am here to get my money NOT CHAT with you! The next time I needed to cash a check, I went inside the lobby only to step into a line of people (at least 6 ahead of me). Some doofy looking guy in a suit was greeting customers yet there weren't enough tellers to handle the transactions. What the heck are they thinking? This is an errand that I want to get over with quickly. MORONS!
