First you had a drive thru so I could easily pick up my receipts then that was taken away, then you had a business line, that was taken away. It should not take 15+ mins of waiting in line to receive the documents I need. I do not have time to wait in a line that only takes 1 min to complete my transaction. Also, while waiting you see several employees talking to each other rather than helping such a small task. I can understand perception is everything. And maybe that was the reason you took all the Convenience for business company's however, I find it unbelievably inconvenient to complete a very small task. Please find a better solution
