My dad gave me some savings bonds and I went here to cash them as I have a USAA checking account and they just told me to do it online. Don’t bother coming here for anything just treat USAA like a fully online bank.

Sent me the state required insurance cards and could not print them. Tried to contact them, everything required signing in and no site (I tried every one I could find) would not allow me time to complete putting in my member number, spent 30 minutes before wrote this. I KNOW OTHER COMPANIES HAVE BETTER RATES AND THIS TREATMENT IS ENOUGH TO GO ELSEWHERE. Would give no stars if possible
