Had an issue with my insurance going up. I called and talked to James Barrnett, sorry if I spelled that wrong, at the Dublin location and he was amazing! Made sure all the information he gave me was accurate and even followed up with me to make sure I was good to go! Excellent service!

PNC Doesn’t Earn Your Business – They Buy Out Your Options and Trap You Over the last decade, I’ve watched PNC buy up RBC Bank, then BBVA Bank, and now they’re in the process of swallowing First Bank. Every time I’ve tried to move on from them, they’ve bought the next bank I went to. Instead of earning customers with good service and fair products, PNC is eliminating choice by buying out their competition. The policies they push on people are just as bad. I walked into a PNC branch with a check written from a PNC account holder, drawn on PNC Bank, and they told me they’d charge me 2% of the check amount to cash it simply because I’m not one of their customers. Unless, of course, I agreed to open an account with them. That’s not “policy” — that’s predatory and coercive. This is exactly why PNC cannot keep loyal customers. They don’t compete on service, they don’t compete on fairness, and they don’t compete on trust. Instead, they squeeze people with fees, swallow other banks to trap customers, and dangle basic services as bait for opening accounts. ⚠️ Stay away from PNC Bank. If they can’t win your business, they’ll try to buy out your alternatives and back you into a corner. There are plenty of banks and credit unions that still believe in treating people fairly — PNC is not one of them.

Bad service. Rude disrespectful. They will laugh in your face and be rude all at the same time. The lady behind the counter was so rude to me and she wasn’t even the person I was dealing with. James was the banker

“I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The customer service team is unable to provide clear information regarding payment activity, and their system restricts customers from making more than one payment within a 24-hour period. When contacting customer service for assistance, I was repeatedly transferred from one representative to another without receiving any real help or resolution.”
