I was planning on opening an account until I was forced to endure the worst banking experience ive ever had. Wish I could put zero stars
- SKSarah KarlJan 8, 20251.0I've had three mortgage companies and this one has been the worse by every simgle measurable metric. 4 hour wait times over the phone, issues not resolved when they claim to be resulting in multiple phone calls of extended wait times for the same issues, constant games and delays in sending out escrow to insurance to the point where I had to pay out of pocket and now will have to wait around 6weeks to be reemburst for something that this company said was taken care of 2 months ago. Worst online portal by far. Truly hate this company and the fact that my mortgage was sold to them - if you are given the option or looking for a mortgage company look elsewhere this one is a joke and seems to make it their goal to have you spend hours upon hours dealing with problems they cause.
