They were kind, patient and thorough. My husband and I are grateful for their service and are contemplating switching our accounts to this key bank branch.
- MRMatthew RowellJun 12, 20251.0This is the worst bank I have ever banked with anyone who reads this please take note, never bank with this bank you will regret it I can almost guarantee it they have made so many mistakes in one month that I have been forced to close my account because I can no longer handle the mistakes it is causing mental breakdown I am fed up with this company it is the worst bank I have ever banked with for instance I just sent the last of my money from my cash app card to the bank through a linked bank process and because key Bank never notified me that my card was blocked for some stupid reason over a $1 charge online that I placed, again they made a mistake and now I cannot access the last of my money in which now me and my family will probably go hungry tonight because KeyBank has frozen my money and now I called customer service and they cannot unblock my card over the phone for some again stupid ridiculous reason that makes no sense to me I have all the details verification that I need I am the owner of the account you know what I mean like I have my birthday and my social security number and everything I need to verify I am the owner of the account but yet they cannot unblock my card so that I can go get dinner for me and my family tonight it's ridiculous this is the worst bank ever this is a warning anyone who will listen do not bank with this company this is the worst bank ever the worst customer service ever The worst experience I've ever had in my life KeyBank stay away from this bank and what bothers me the most is that I still have yet to receive an apology I have yet after the third time of doing this to me they're still doing it and every customer service person I talk to just wants to pass the problem off to the next person instead of just putting in some elbow grease and handling it God dude come on I hope that the people that work for this company I hope they never experience what I have experience but if they do then they will get a taste of their own medicine I am so upset right now express over this bad review how upset and how much this is going to affect me and other people tonight and I know everything is going to be okay and I'll make it through the night but I'm so fed up with corporate America and people like this and banks like this all they do is pray on the week all they do is try to get us for every dollar they can take take and take and the little guy can never get a step up it's just one thing after another and I'm sick of it
