- DRDale R.May 6, 20212.0Might be a 'great' bank and the staff was friendly, but I have never heard of charging $5 when you bring in a check from one of their customers to cash. You can't do this transaction from the drive through either because they need your thumbprint. A good outcome would have been to waive the $5 charge since I was not aware, but I will certainly file that away for the future. I could have avoided the charge by running it through my bank, but sometimes you want to keep business and personal banking separate which is why I opted to cash the check at a local branch.
