Everyone is smiling, cheap fresh meals on site, massages, workout classes through the day! This company cares about its people and it shows! I will keep my eyes peeled for job openings! The Ent/Wings Credit Union Visa Credit Card appears to generate an unusually high number of false-positive fraud alerts, seemingly exceeding the national average of approximately 15% of incorrectly flagged transactions. While fraud prevention is essential, the current system’s sensitivity often blocks legitimate transactions, leading to customer frustration, disrupted credit access, and reduced sales efficiency for merchants. These interruptions can make everyday purchasing inconvenient and erode confidence in using Wings/Ent credit cards. Although tighter fraud monitoring can help prevent actual fraud, the trade-off between security and user experience seems imbalanced. Wings/Ent Credit Union is encouraged to review and fine-tune its fraud detection algorithms to reduce false positives to a reasonable level and to explore alternative fraud detection partners or models that better balance protection with customer convenience.

I've had ENT since the 90s ( it was still Mountain Bell FC), I've carried them thru 3 States, and to this day I run all my bills thru ENT because they are SO good, AND I live in Florida now. As a 30 + year customer I've NEVER had anything but good service with ENT. THANKS 👍🏼💯 ENT.
- GPGage PerkinsSep 19, 20251.0I’ve been with ent for 9 years.They no longer have fraud prevention and constantly let money out of you account ,I’ve had multiple $500+ charges go through that I didn’t make . If you even can get the money back it will take a week . I would recommend checking out chase or key bank ,ent has gone down hill.
- CCCrystalAug 27, 20251.0I had been a member for over 14 years but closed my accounts due unethical business practices, disappearing deposits from my previous employer that ENT was never able to find, and being forced to opt into "voluntary" programs that I asked to have revoked numerous times. This used to be a good credit union when I first opened an account but not any more. I don't recommend it to anyone. There are numerous other options in the city, don't use ENT.
