- SJS. JohnsonOct 29, 20251.0I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - unless it involves no interaction with staff. I wanted a money order to pay a bill. The rep took my cash without following procedure and looking up account to begin the transaction. Then he came back and said the machine in the back jammed, and gave me back less money than I gave to him. I was livid. They said they would restart the system and had me speak to a higher up. She ended up gaslighting me when she pulled up my account which wasn't pulled up to begin the transaction. I tried explaining to her that the rep didn't pull up my account for the transaction but it's a monthly transaction I make. Now frantic, because the money order was for rent, needless to say, I lost trust in this location and never plan on interacting with the staff
