The old, bitter, RUDE woman has zero customer service skills. We told her we would like to pay $155 to our auto loan, she then charged our card $360. She reversed that payment, but then charged $175. Again, reversed it, but charged $157.52.... makes no sense, but okay. If you’re that unhappy with your job, QUIT. If you don’t know what you’re doing, ASK FOR HELP. This is the FOURTH time that ENT has taken more than we agreed to pay. It’s ridiculous that a credit union is this unorganized and careless.
