- JPJoe PeoriaOct 15, 20251.0I actually have loved banking with Ent, but my experience with the drive-thru ATM at this location was so bad it made me consider closing my accounts. I tried to deposit a check and the ATM spit my check out and then just froze, with my debit card still inside. Of course it was a Sunday evening so outside Ent phone hours, and when I called on Monday I was told 'sometimes the ATMs swallow the cards, sometimes they just spit them back out." The anxiety I experienced thinking somebody could have just driven up to the ATM and found my card ruined my whole week. I haven't gotten up the courage to stick my card in another ATM since that happened. The sad thing is, I read through the reviews and saw the exact same thing happened to someone else. Having an ATM that can just freeze with your card in it, no way to cancel or back out, is absolutely unacceptable and very poor member service.
- JCJames CSep 17, 20251.0My daughter went to this location to make a few transactions. A man from the passenger seat of the car next in line for the atm got out and started harassing her. He had a clipboard and said he worked there. He said that the atm is for one transaction only. He was sticking his clipboard between her and the atm getting more and more aggressive. He preceded to follow her off the property recording her. She reported it to the police and to the company. Unfortunately, the manager for this location has not answered or returned any of her calls. We have been members here for many years and I’m very disappointed that they have not responded.
