- NBNina BishopOct 25, 20254.0Overall, I like ENT. It's a community credit union and feels homey...or used to. ENT recently acquired Elan credit card inhouse. I have some experience in that area having worked at both Rocky Mtn Bankcard and Bank of America's bankcard centers. ENT is NOT READY, in my opinion, to acquire Wings because they haven't yet worked out their bankcard acquisition issues. Their inhouse bankcard people have yet to give good and knowledgeable service. I find their regular banking customer service surprisingly better and they really aren't trained for bankcard. Additionally, ENT is a community credit union which has OUTSOURCED it's bankcard customer service instead of hiring customer service from right here in CO. Every time I call in for bankcard customer service, I get someone who sounds like they're from India or somewhere else in the world. I'm not against hiring people who were born elsewhere in the world, but I am against not hiring from right here in COLORADO because, ENT is a community credit union.

In an email they just said that they were changing their name to this new financial institution because it was military owned what does that have to do with us.... I am right now in the process of checking out other financial institutions what a shame I never thought I would have to move my account my business account my children's account my grandchildren's account my mortgage and any other requests I might make in the future for a financial institution . It's very frustrating Receiving an email that everything is going to change and no real good information about how this is going to help our customer base but I understand it's going to be great for the other institution well that does nothing for us...

They never called, and multiple days later have still not returned a call and have not picked up the phone once. I’ve tried multiple times and have not been able to reach anyone. Frustrating experience.
