- LWLeah WattersOct 16, 20251.0Beware the Wing's merger! ENT's credit card transition in April 2025 was horrible, ENT knows it, but they won't do anything to right it. I personally have 2 CC's with them for business. They don't have the best benefits, but I've been with ENT since I was a kid and started my first business with an account here. One of my new credit cards came late, but not horribly late. We saw the same thing with lots of Clients. However, the other one never came. It took me MONTHS of calling, following up, "replacing" the card to be re-sent (they would just cancel my other card, TWICE!, and resend that one, giving me whole other headaches), I finally got my card in September 2025. I usually pay off the balance every month, but couldn't on that card because they require the card to setup the online portal. So, interest was accruing. I made this very obvious in every call, and was always assured to not worry about it - that they'd take care of it once I finally had my card. I finally got my card and logged in to pay it on September 16, 2025 (which also took a couple support calls, since they moved their portal link). Despite my constant follow-ups, I still have no statements and they won't refund the interest they charged for the months that they failed to allow me to make a full payment (although the autopay minimum payment transferred just fine...). "Card Ops" denied refunding the interest because what was charged matched the interest rate, giving no regard to the fact I couldn't access my account. When I asked to speak to Card Ops, I was told that no one can - that there are some departments at ENT that just "don't have contact information." I've been an ENT member for over 20 years. Have multiple business and personal accounts with them. The interest and statements are illegal to my understanding, but not enough money on the line to waste anymore time. It's more the principle of it. I can't count how many people I referred to ENT over the years. But now, we'll be moving everything to better options. The customer service around their credit card transition was unrecognizable from the old ENT, and I'm not sticking around to see how much further it sinks with the Wings merger.
