The sweet teller named Honey is an excellent employee, my family and I have been treated so kindly by her - like we've been friends forever. We had two auto loans with them and despite providing proof of our insurance like 100 times, they refused to accept that we had insurance and they were going to purchase the most outrageously expensive insurance ever for both vehicles and add it to our loan. Luckily we switched banks and paid off our loans in full so we can be done with them.

The app and website are not easy to navigate at all, I am unable to cancel automatic payments and after submitting a help ticket my account locked. BEWARE!!! They took way more than they were supposed to and now I am at their mercy to give my money back and of course they are not open until 9am. Absolutely disgusting.
