I just walked out after waiting in line for ten minutes while , children are running around playing, multiple customers in line and sitting in the waiting area and only two tellers, whom where just standing waiting for another set of eyes to verify their transactions. This branch is a tine waster if you need to go inside to conduct business.

The woman working helped and started doing the transaction when another employee started saying we could not do that due to money laundering. Either that was bs or the employees don't know company policy. Also Atm is supposed to be 24 hrs.. but the last 2 times i went doors were locked.
