- JMJohn MosemanJan 3, 20265.0I was already liking the convenience of the location of the Clifton branch but when I went inside to get information on services Brittany P. was quick and friendly to help me. She gave me the information I needed. When I came in a second time a couple of months later she remembered me helped me make an appointment with her. Her compassion for my situation (including health issues) was evident and she helped me get my accounts open. I knew if the Bellco app worked it would be a remarkable improvement from Climb (Sooper) which their technology and website support teams are terrible. I found my blind wife was able to use the app very well with her assisted technology on her IPhone. Brittany is a shining star with customer service. She on top of the accessibility of the app have made me glad to use this institution for my primary banking. I wished Bellco Clifton was open on Saturdays but other than that. The service and professional support of The Clifton branch have got me making the switch.

I should have figured using a small town no name credit union could prove disastrous for my financial situation.
