I can’t recommend against this organization enough. I’ve banked with them for 3 years and that’s been filled with inability to access my online account and unwillingness on customer service’s part to help me get paperless billing or fix my online account problems. I travel a lot so getting mail communication doesn’t work for me and in the year of our lord 2025 (almost 26) Alpine Bank has not made it possible to get paperless statements and I get locked out of my online account with customer service unable to help me reset a password. So I have to go to the bank in person every time I need anything. The last straw was an overdraft fee that I could’ve easily dealt with weeks ago had I received paperless communication while I was traveling for work. Because so much time passed I started incurring fees so I just went to pay it off in person and close my account. The teller made no attempt to resolve the issue or even have me speak to a manager. This company clearly does not care to retain customers

I have been reticent to leave a review as I love to be positive if possible. We have banked here for the past 30 years and they have always been stellar. However in the past 6 -8 months their entire staff has changed and while they aren’t “rude” they have certainly lost that family-friendly atmosphere I had come to expect and appreciate. They are efficient and do the job but just without that extra element of friendliness they used to have. I’m not changing to another bank- but there is a significant difference between them now and before. Just miss that I guess. Much prefer my trips to Canvass and ANB as they have kept that standard

I do not recommend this bank to anybody. I had an accidental situation happen here almost a year ago and they will not let me use this bank anymore. And the lady I talked to on the phone was very rude. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated poorly.
