I’ve never been able to walk into a branch and get done whatever I need to get done. I just went by to open a new business account and apparently no one there has any idea how to set up a new business account.

In my opinion and observation, Wells Fargo manipulates the order that transactions post to your account in order to maximize fees that you may incur. They have been sued for this in the past, multiple times, have lost, and paid hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties, and continue the conduct because they make more money on the fees than the legal penalties cost them.
