    Very disappointed with Wells Fargo’s customer service. They recently changed their minimum checking balance requirement without properly notifying customers, and they charged me a monthly service fee twice even though I met the minimum balance. I’m deciding to close all my accounts with them.

    COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I TRIED TO PULL A THOUSAND DOLLARS OUT OF THEIR A.T M. THE A T M FAILED DURING THE TRANSACTION AND PULLED A THOUSAND AND THREE DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WENT IN TO SEE THEM.THEY ACTED LIKE I DIDN'T EXIST. I WILL NEVER USE THE A T M AND I WILL BE CLOSING MY WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD. WAY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER!

    Recently moved to the neighborhood. This is my closest branch. Been here a few times already. Friendly staff. Great customer service

    This is ridiculous. I went in for a simple name change. I waited 30 minutes and then a woman, who I'm assuming is a manager of some kind (her name is Amy, I don't know her title), came to help me. I waited ten minutes as she tried to log into her computer, as she could not remember her password. Meanwhile, she would ask me personal questions and tell me about her personal life. She got her password wrong so many times that the computer locked her out, it was clear she was on something, what I'm assuming is pills of some kind. She says "Do you have time to wait while I call down to get my password reset?" No I don't, I just spent 45 minutes waiting while I could have been driving to the springs. I said "Is there someone else who can help me, because your computer is obviously locked." She slurs, "No it has to be a manager, I recommend making an appointment. You can also call the 1-800 number on the back of your card" I said "For a name change?? Absolutely not, I have to show ID and documentation that I am who I say I am!" like ?????? how about you come to work sober and not waste time. I've such great experiences at this branch until today, I am shocked and extremely annoyed!
