- LALisa AndersonAug 21, 20181.0Overall I have been satisfied with SSFCU. Very irritated with the service or lack of that I received today. Having issues making deposits at the ATM, unfortunately their office hours aren’t conducive for people with normal office hours. Tried to get a phone number to reach the branch instead of going through the process of reaching a human on the 800 # and was told there is no way to reach the branch directly. Consider putting customer service ahead of profits and actually having local people answer the phone.
- RPRuby PhamAug 17, 20182.0I first Want to start by saying this is my first review writing and it’s sad to say it’s not a good one to write. I had went to the branch in aurora where the aurora one is super helpful and genuinely wants to help you everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable. I wanted to get my father in laws insight and opinion so I took him to the centennial branch where it was closer at the time. The people up front were very friendly. We then were helped by Brandy Trujillo I tried to get some information from her about car loans and what a better option would be for me and she kept pushing to get me to apply for the loan which would put a hard inquiry on my credit. I didn’t want to apply because I wanted to get an idea of what my rate is going to be like and shop around for the best rate or at least a ball park of my rate and she didn’t want to help me with that. I had told her I talked to the other branch and that the aurora branch were able to give me a ball park of what my interest rate with be like based on the fico score I think I have. She then all of a sudden knows the range of my score. Anyways it seemed like she didn’t want to help me. Seemed like she just generalized me by my age and just didn’t care to help or give me any options or information. Very tuned out. Really disappointing. Moral of the story is GO TO THE AURORA BRANCH IF YOU WANT HELP.

Did not see a credit on my account, trying to call local branch again for two days, I was on hold for 16 minutes today they never picked up. The general 800#is no better. I guess I am going to have to drive down there to talk to someone. Avoid this bank!
