- KAKellen AllenApr 16, 20255.0I moved to a state that doesn't have any Key Banks and was closing on a new home. The title company required that my funds be sent via money wire. I fought tooth and nail with Key Banks customer service call center employees who refused to help me. Finally I decided to call this branch (where I originally set up my account). I am so very thankful to Anthony Brown for going above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get my funds wired on time and close on my new home! He literally worked the entire day to make sure that I was taken care of, if it weren't for his efforts I would have needed to delay the close on my home. Thank you again Anthony, you are a real life saver!
